PASTOR – KEVIN & MISSY HESS
Pastor Kevin and Missy have served at Lighthouse Assembly since 2011. Pastor Kevin came to Christ as a teenager and was called into ministry soon after. He enjoys sports and writing, and also serves as the sports reporter for the local newspaper. He is currently working on his Masters Degree. Missy is a registered nurse working in mental healthcare and the director of the church nursery. They have two daughters, Makayla and Hannah.
IGNITE YOUTH – MINDY RIVERS
Mindy and her husband Alex, have served at Lighthouse Assembly since 2013. Mindy has worked with our kids and youth and currently leads our youth ministry – Ignite Youth. Alex serves on the Board of Trustees. They are also owners and operators of Rivers Granite, a custom counter top business in Pickford, Michigan. Mindy and Alex have three boys – Caden, Jonas, and Eli.
LIGHT KEEPER KIDS – “MISS MARGARET” MASSEY
Margaret came to faith in our church and has shared her passion for Jesus and kids as the director of Light Keeper Kids since 2007. A gifted communicator, our kids have fun, build strong relationships, and most importantly, are taught about God’s everlasting love for them. She is married to Jamie, her husband, and together the two of them have five children – B.J., Donnie, Laura, Morgan, and Maggie. Jamie and B.J. are co-owners of Massey Fish Company in St. Ignace.
